I am trying to install Notebook 10 again from the website.  It keeps giving me an error saying that it cannot finish the download because I do not have admin right to install spellchecker.  I have to select "retry" or "cancel".  Retry doest do anything and cancel stops the complete installation.  I am the administrator on the laptop there are no otehr users on the computer that I am using.  Please help!! 

Hi, Can you give us some more information. Where are you downloading from? Which operating system? Downloading software is an independent activity that is not related to whether or not you have a spell checker program on your computer. I suggest that you go to SMART Tech's website here:

http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-US/Support/Downloads/default.htm

And select the appropriate Notebook installation based on your operating system. After you click download and fill out the required fields, please Save the file to your desktop first. Do not choose Run until the download is complete. After the download is complete find the file on your desktop and double-click the file to begin the installation.
