Is there a way to get rid of the page recording icon that appears on the bottom of the page in Notebook 10.0 if you decide you don't want to use the feature anylonger. I notice with the service pack that a red x (close box) does appear but it doesn't seem to close the icon.

Tried to add a print capture to show what I mean but can't do that either

Hi Tanis,

That bar should only appear when you have created a page recording on that page.  Clicking the red X should delete the page recording - keeping your current frame you are at.  This should remove the toolbar and page recording.

I seem to have issues on my Mac trying to do this however. 

As a last stage work around, you can copy and paste all your objects onto a blank page and delete the page out that has the page recording.
